3. Ordering & payment
Orders are placed online via the restaurant’s ordering page, which shows the available payment methods. At the restaurant, you can pay in cash or by bank card.
4. Delivery & collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (75 Boulevard Auguste Blanqui, 75013 Paris) at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery: order online; the minimum order and fees are shown on the ordering page.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
